Just got back from the Executive Committee meeting for Urkobold Enterprises, LLC at the headquarters in Taintsville, Florida. For the last few years, we have generally met on the thirty-ninth floor of the Urkobold Building (fondly referred to by locals as "The Erection") or by video conference.
However, much to my surprise, this month's meeting was in a new, underground facility. No explanation was provided--we were just ushered to a large elevator and taken down [redacted by Security] feet to an amazing facility.* I took a few pictures while we were there, several which Security has allowed me to share publicly:

Even your fancy "fusion" reactors don't make up for such an egregious oversight.

Carbon. We're way past the current state of the art.
We do have a Monolith, but it can't be photographed. I mean that literally. It doesn't reflect light.
As per my view, the most important thing about the office space is that it must contain a good environment to live in and to work according to that environment. As well as good office space for conducting office meeting, conferences, etc. In addition, a good office space or an open office space makes our work much more frequently and easily. So if our office environment will be good than we can perform our work with great efficient and honestly.
